In today's market, it always makes sense to stage a house before you put it on the market for sale. The cost of staging can be recouped in the selling price of your property. Many of my clients profit is double or triple the cost they paid for staging. 

One Stager will arrive at property to consult with client.  Stager will make recommendations, depersonalize, declutter, and rearrange client’s furniture.  The “mini makeover“ does not include any decor, accessories or furniture from studio.  This package is ideal for clients that have lots of furniture and decor, but need a fresh eye and approach for staging to sell.

$125 per hour (5 hour minimum $625)

One Stager will arrive with decor and accessories to accentuate client’s furniture or to add interest in vacant rooms.  

The “Eye Appeal“ package includes pillows, kitchen decor, lamps, pictures, rugs, faux plants, but NO furniture.  3-5 hours needed for installation.  

Ranch Style Floor plans $600

Two-story Floor plans $800

Two Stagers will arrive at property with furniture and decor to fill the 1200-1500 sq ft home.  The Charmer staging is suitable for 3 bedrooms, great room, all bathrooms and all dining areas. The “Charmer“ staged homes are small and cozy.  Studios, condos, townhouses  and small ranch homes are examples.   Time needed to install 5 hours.
Furniture and decor remain for 90 days.  Fee includes delivery, installation and pickup.

The “ Creme de la crème”  is the ultimate staging package .  Three Stagers will arrive with furniture and decor to fill over 2500 square feet.  The “ Creme de la crème“ is suitable for  four bedrooms, all bathrooms, formal living room and family room.  The staging is for larger homes, for example, a sprawling ranch, a two-story, split level (stairs to the left of entrance hallway) or split foyer (stairs that go up or down at the front door) are ideal for this package.   Time needed to install 8 hours.

Furniture and decor remains for a period of 90 days.  Fee includes delivery, installation, and pickup.

The “Exquisite Staging”  is our most popular.  Four Stagers will arrive to fill over 4000 sq feet with lush decor and accessories. The “Exquisite Staging” includes over three levels of space.  Four to five bedrooms, all bathrooms, home office, and all dining areas are covered.  Theme rooms in finished basement areas, in-law suites, or teen suites complete the”Exquisite“ staging.  Time needed to complete installation 8 hours.  Furniture and decor remain for a period of 90 days. Fee includes delivery, installation, and pick up.

The “Custom Staging“ is designed for luxury homes.  One of a kind, typically homes priced between $700,000 to million dollar range.  The “Custom Staging“, includes upgraded furniture and artwork, suitable for executive designs and finishes.

The “Custom Staging“ package  starts at $7800.  Five Stagers will arrive at home, time needed to install is 48 hours.  Furniture and decor remain for a period of 120 days. Fee includes delivery, installation and pick up.
